Don’t eat meat today
I can confidently say that I eat meat every day. Growing up in an Italian household every dinner had a meat component. I still eat meat daily without even realizing it. But today, I went meatless - I had granola bars, crackers, cheese, soup, and an awesome veggie wrap that I was incapable of making until today.
Eating meat isn’t always great for the body. Meat is high in cholesterol, high in saturated far, and hard on digestion. Try eating meat every other day, and meat alternatives the rest of the week to ensure the proper nutrients are included daily. Some meat alternatives include: tofu, lentils, peanut butter, nuts, seeds and eggs.
